I have only tried a few of these recipes, but the ones I that I have, have been fantastic. I did not tell my husband the first two cakes were vegan (Banana Upside Down, and Apple), and he did not even notice. When I couldn't stand it anymore and confessed that the third, a cashew cheesecake, was vegan... he did not believe me! I totally recommend this book, especially to split vegan/carnivorous households where it can get tiring preparing both vegan and non-vegan options.Product details

very very nice and easy
Good book
I got this for my for free and have enjoyed looking through it and getting ideas from the recipes.
I cannot say enough about this book. The apple cake was better than I ever could have imagined. Carrot cake? I followed the recipe exactly; it was tender and tasty. I want everybody that is even casually considering this book to just go ahead and get it. I have only had it a few days and my pleasure is growing and growing...
You don't have to be vegan to appreciate this book. It is wonderful to have a group of cakes that are good and good for you.
